We at SensualService.com are strongly committed to protecting the privacy of our users. We have prepared this privacy policy to inform you how we handle the information that we automatically collect about you or that you choose to submit to us.

Information We Automatically Collect

We automatically collect certain information to help us understand how our users use SensualService.com (which we will refer to in this privacy policy collectively as "Usage Data"). For example, each time you visit the SensualService.com we automatically collect your IP address, browser and computer type, access times, the web page from which you came, and the web page(s) you access. We use your IP address and access times to ensure that maintenance of our site and identification of problems. Information You Provide

Registration: When you sign up with SensualService.com, you will be asked for some general identifying information which will enable us to provide you with our individualized service. To help connect you with your clients, we gather contact information (like your email address), demographic information (like your age, city, etc.) and information about your physical characteristics and sexual preferences (like your body type, the scenes you’re into, etc)  We will never share, rent or sell any contact information or information regarding your physical characteristics or sexual preferences to anyone without your agreement.

Some demographic information for may be shared for our own research purposes with our professional advisors or consultants based on a confidentiality agreement, and limited to non-personally identifying information.

When you register with us, you will create your user identity, which will include a username, personal profile, ad copy and photo.  Your user identity will be created using your non-identifying information to complete your personal profile (i.e. height, body type, race, scenes you’re into etc). This information is not linked in any way to personally identifiable information such that other members are able to see.

Ordering: In addition, when you order products or services through the SensualService.com, we may ask that you provide us with information (e.g., credit card number, billing, and shipping information) we will need to enable us to provide you with the requested product or service. We will share such information (e.g., to our billing vendors) with third parties to the extent necessary to fulfill your order.
Contests/ Surveys : To provide a participative user experience, SensualService.com may organise contests from time to time. Participation is completely voluntary and we may request additional contact information for notifying winners and awarding prizes. Our surveys provide our users that provide us feedback so that we can continually improve your experience with this site.

Referral Service: If you choose to tell your friend about our site, we will ask you for your name and your friend’s email address.  SensualService.com will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him to visit the site.  This email will also include a link back to SensualService.com.  SensualService.com stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.  Your friend may contact SensualService.com at help@SensualService.com to request the removal of this information from our database.

Special Promotions: We send all new members a welcoming email to verify their password and screen name.  Current members will occasionally receive information on new features, services, and special deals if they have opted to receive such communication.  Users can easily opt-out of receiving these communications later by replying to the unsubcribe link contained at the bottom of each email message.

Contact Form: The information that you provide when you use the ‘Contact Us’ form on our site will be used to provide you with a response to your request.

Advertisers: The information we request from you will be used to provide you with the business information you need. Your information is only shared with internal staff and the external ad representation agencies that sell media space on the site for us.  These agencies are not allowed to use your business contact information for other purposes.

Affiliates: The information we request from you will be used to secure your approval as an Affiliate, to facilitate communication between our two sites and to send you payment, based on your site's performance. Your information will only be used by internal staff and will never be shared with anyone external to the company without your consent, unless required to by operation of law.

Monitoring online behavior: As a rule, we do not monitor or moderate private exchanges between members through chat/ instant messages and on-site mail. However, we reserve the right to do so in cases where we suspect users of being under 18 or using our service for purposes that violate our service agreement. In consideration of other users, we reserve the right to edit, delete or not use any communication on a public area of the site or delete an errant user’s profile.

Links: Other sites may be linked to SensualService.com although they are not affiliated with our site. The privacy policies of these sites may differ and we have no control over any personal information that you provide to these sites.

Access and Use of Information

We will never release or share any personally identifiable information with an external organization without your prior agreement or unless required to do so by operation of law.

We use your non-personally identifying demographic, physical characteristic and sexual preference information to provide you with an individualised experience specific to your needs, allow other members to find you through a search, and to compose your personal profile -- which is associated with the user identity you have created. 

Only members who you grant access will be able to view your non-personally identifying demographic, physical characteristics and sexual preference information.  You can grant access to this ‘private’ (but not personally identifiable) information by: 1) responding to that member’s ad, or 2) adding that member to your Hot List.  During this time, except your email address, your contact information will not be disclosed by us. Users use their own discretion to share their personal information if they feel it is appropriate.

We may send you valuable information and notices of promotions or special events in your area if you have opted-in to receive such information. Our site provides you with the opportunity to opt-in to receiving different types of communications from us during the registration process. Your contact information is never available to other members or organizations.

Change of Information

You can easily verify, change or request the removal of any personal information in our system and change your registration information by using “Your Account Options” when you log into your account.  You may also request changes to your information by emailing us at:  help@SensualService.com

Opting Out

Users may opt-out of receiving our promotional communications by replying to unsubcribe link found at the bottom of the email. Please note that we reserve the right to send you administrative messages relating to the SensualService.com (e.g., about changes to this privacy policy).

Authorized Disclosures

There are situations in which we may share information we have collected about you or that you have submitted: (1) in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish, protect, or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; (2) if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person; (3) if we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding situations that involve significant abuse of our SensualService.com infrastructure or the Internet in general (such as spamming, denial of service attacks, or attempts to compromise the security of the SensualService.com infrastructure or functional integrity of SensualService.com); and (4) if SensualService.com is acquired by or merged with another entity (in which case we will require such entity to assume our obligations under this privacy policy).
