1 . How do I login?

Service Providers and Clients who have signed up for a free account can login. Just click on the Login button on any page and key in your Screen Name and password. You can login here. If you do not have an account, you can sign up here for a free account or create a free ad.

2 . I forgot my password. Can you let me know what it is?

Your first activation email from SensualService.com (SSvc) will have your login details. Check your email if you have not deleted it.

Otherwise, in future you can simply use our " Forgot details ? ” feature just below the Login area in the left panel and you will get your new password automatically via email. Remember to change your password in your Account Options if you prefer to have your own password after logging in.

3 . How do I change my account information?

Log in to your account to access your Account Options. Choose from among the various options, which will allow you to change your basic account information, as well as your contact information, etc.

4 . How do I change my password?

Log in to your account to access your Account Options, under Your Personal Info, choose the Password link which allows you to change your password. Your password is changed only if you click the Update button.

5 . How do I change my email address?

Log in to your account. Under Your Account Options, click on the Email address link  to change your email address. Your changes will only be made if you click on the Update button.

Note :

  • The new email address you are using must be valid and that you are able to receive mail.
  • Some users can only receive our emails if they do not have mail filters set to block incoming mail. To get around this, add our email address cs@SensualService.com to your email Address Book.

6 . How do I change my Screen Name?

Log in to your account. Under Your Personal Info, click on the Screen Name link to change your screen name. Only Screen Names that are not already in use can be accepted. Changes can only be saved when you click on the Update button.

7 . How do I change my contact information?

Log in to your account. Under Your Account Options, click on the Profile Info link to update your contact info. Your changes will only be saved if you click on the Update button.

8 . Why do I get logged out after a while?

To prevent other people from accessing or abusing your account, our system will automatically sign you out if our system detects that your account has not been used for several minutes.

9 . Why is it important to log out instead of just shutting down the browser?

There are security risks to just shutting down your browser as you’re still connected with the server, meaning that someone can use your account. You should prevent other people from accessing or abusing your account by always logging out of this site.

10 . How do I log out?

Simply click on the Log out button on the left column.
