Why is it that I can’t find SensualService mails in my email ?
Our emails may be in your Bulk or Spam folders. This happens when your email facility does not recognize our SensualService email address. To ensure you receive our emails (for activation, your new client emails, etc), you need to do 2 things: 1. Add our email address “cs@SensualService.com” to your address book. This will ensure that all emails from us end up in your Mail Inbox, not the spam folder. 2. Check your Spam or Bulk folders now to see if you have any SensualService.com or clients’ emails there waiting for you To check your AOL Spam folder : Click on the Read Mail icon, then click on the Mail Options drop down menu, and then select Mail Center Main option. Then, in the Mail Controls area, click on the “Be in control” link, then click on the “Click here to access your Spam Folder” link. You will then see all the emails in your spam folder. You can also turn off the mail filter entirely on this page as well. (The Spam / Bulk folder of other email providers may be different, please check with your email service provider.) Yahoo.com or Hotmail.com are recommended for email addresses as there have been problems with AOL email addresses. |

How do I change my Screen Name?
Log in to your account. Under Your Personal Info, click on the Screen Name link to change your screen name. Only Screen Names that are not already in use can be accepted. Changes can only be saved when you click on the Update button. |

Photos: How do I upload a photo during sign-up?
Your photo should be stored on your computer’s hard drive or on a disk. When you reach the sign-up page which uploads your photos, just click on the Browse button in the Attach Your Photo area and it will help you locate the photo on your computer and upload it onto our site. You may upload one photo at a time or select all your photos and upload them altogether, which may take a longer time. |

Photos: I can’t upload my photo, why is that so?
Though we accept jpg, bmp and gif files - jpg files will get the best results. Do not include spaces, symbols or multiple periods (like my.photo!.party.1.jpg) in the file name. Photos could be rejected because the Service Provider is not shown in the photo. Also, while nude or body part pictures are allowed, photos depicting racism, religious hatred or generally offensive content will not be accepted. Your email might be in your Bulk or Spam folder now, please refer to the email, make the necessary changes to your photo from your Account Options page, and your photo will be resubmitted for approval. |

Photos: Why are my new photos not displayed?
In consideration of other users who may find some photos inappropriate, we have to review all changes. Only your existing photos will be displayed while your changes are pending approval. You’ll receive an email when your changes have been approved. |

How does the Search feature work?
Using Advanced Search on the green option bar near the top middle section of the page, you can search ads based on your own criteria. Simply select all the criteria you are interested in and then click on Search. The Search Results page will display all those member ads that match your criteria. For additional contact information, photos and stats, click on the View Full Ad button and you’ll be taken to his individual ad page where you will find additional contact information. |

How do I write a review on a Service Provider?
You need to be a client who is registered with SensualService and met with that Sensual Provider in order to submit a review. To review a Service Provider, you must be logged in as a client. Click on the View Full Ad button. On the member's ad page, click on the Review Him button and you can submit a review for that member. All reviews are subject to approval prior to being displayed and the Service Provider has the opportunity to respond to any reviews on them. |
